We maintain a firm, unwavering policy: we do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal text conversations, custom character designs, prompt histories, or private relationship logs to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

To provide responsive, context-aware sweet text character dialogues and preserve your continuity across sessions, we collect and process the following categories of data:
a. Dialogue Inputs & Character Parameters
- Text Chat Exchanges: The text messages, narrative prompts, scenario selections, and creative questions you submit during conversations with AI characters.
- Character Forge Blueprints: Custom persona descriptions, greeting messages, personality trait matrices, backstory lore, and tone parameters authored in the Character Forge.
- Episodic Memory Buffers: Key contextual milestones, user preferences, inside jokes, and relationship lore identified during text conversations to maintain persistent character recall across visits.
b. Account Credentials & Transaction Details
- Account authentication credentials (e.g., Apple ID, Google Sign-In, or verified email identifiers).
- In-app token balances, subscription tier status, and messaging quotas.
- Payment confirmation receipts issued securely through official app store payment platforms (Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing). We never store raw credit card numbers or financial account credentials on our servers.
c. Telemetry & System Health
- Client hardware model, operating system build, client network latency, and app version metrics used solely to route requests to the closest neural compute cluster.
- Anonymized crash diagnostics and system logs to maintain stable, uninterrupted text generation.
3. Neural Processing & Data Isolation
Your intimate character roleplays and storytelling journeys remain your own. PureCrush incorporates strict data isolation measures:
- No Public Foundation Training: Your private text chat transcripts and customized character data are never ingested into public foundation training corpuses without your explicit, opt-in consent.
- Transient Memory Buffers: Active conversational token tensors generated during real-time inference are purged from GPU volatile memory immediately following text generation.
- Automated Text Safety Filtering: Text inputs pass through automated safety filters designed to detect and block abusive content, illegal material, and policy-violating prompts.
4. Intellectual Property & User Autonomy
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, you retain ownership of your original user-crafted text prompts, scenario descriptions, and custom character backstories.
You grant PureCrush a limited, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to store, parse, index, and generate responsive character texts within your personal account workspace.
5. User Control & Data Erasure
You possess complete sovereignty over your conversational history:
- In-App Chat Thread Deletion: You can clear individual message bubbles or delete entire character chat histories directly within the application at any time.
- Permanent Account Deletion: You have the right to permanently erase your account, all associated persona parameters, and memory banks. Simply submit your deletion request to our privacy desk at [email protected]. All associated cloud records will be irrecoverably wiped within 30 days.
6. Security Standards
We deploy rigorous security standards, including TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest across our persistent databases. Administrative access to database clusters is governed by strict zero-trust identity verification.
7. Minor Protection (COPPA & GDPR-K)
PureCrush is intended solely for individuals who meet the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction (at least 13 years of age in the United States; at least 16 years of age in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these age thresholds. If we discover that an account has been registered by an underage user, we will immediately close the account and purge all related data.
